不锈钢铣刀的原材料如下:
一、在不锈钢加工的选择上,除端铣刀、部分端铣刀和硬质合金铣刀材料外,其他类型的不锈钢铣刀均采用高速钢制造。
二、不锈钢材料应用广泛,但由于不锈钢原材料与其他一般材料有不同的特点,由于有距离的,因此加工不锈钢材料成为技术人员的一大难题,不锈钢具有很强的粘合性和熔融性,由于不锈钢的切屑粘附在刀片上比较简单,切割条件会变差,不锈钢材料在逆铣时,刀片只能在硬化表面上滑动,这会增加加工硬化的趋势,不锈钢材料在铣削时,冲击芯会产生振动,使不锈钢铣刀片容易折断和磨损。
三、不锈钢材料铣削时,要求刃口锋利,能承受冲击,夹屑槽大,可选用大螺旋角铣刀,选用波形刃端铣刀作为不锈钢材料的原材料加工不锈钢管或薄壁件,切割轻快,振动小,切屑易碎,工件无变形,硬质合金立铣刀和可转位立铣刀高速铣削不锈钢可获得优异的效果。
不锈钢材料铣削时,要选择下铣方式,非对称铣削法还可以保证切削刃能顺利地从金属上切下,不锈钢切屑的组合接触面积相对较小,在高速离心力作用下容易脱落,防止刀齿再次切入工件时切屑脱落和冲击前边缘塌陷,提高不锈钢铣刀刀具的经用度。
大多数普通切割不锈钢材料都是用精纺铁制成的,但由于不锈钢的高耐蚀性和高韧性,不锈钢铣刀在切削过程中会出现散热、加工硬化和切屑粘在刀具上的问题,这给不锈钢的切削性能带来了很大的困难,为了克服不锈钢材料切削加工的特点,不锈钢铣刀的刀具材料、涂层和道具的规划更为关键。
