选择不锈钢铣刀时应该考虑刀具材料的切削性能,例如加工钛合金、高强度钢、不锈钢工件时,合金铣刀的小编建议大家选择经磨性较好的可转位硬质合金铣刀。
我们可以根据工件的不同加工阶段来选择不锈钢铣刀,比如,在粗加工阶段,我们的主要目的是为了除余量,那么我们就可以选择刚性比较好、精度比较低的、排屑性能较高的大铣刀,到了半精加工、精加工阶段,主要的是保证工件的加工精度和产品质量,这时就应该选择经用度比较高、精度也比较高的精加工铣刀。
根据待加工的区域特点来选择铣刀,在工件加工允许的情况下我们可以选用较大直径、长径比值较小的铣刀,我们在加工薄壁、薄壁类工件时,过中心的铣刀端刃应具有足够的向心角,以求减小铣刀与切削部分的切削力,在加工铝、铜等软性工件时应该选用前角稍大的立铣刀,刀刃数尽量不要超过4刃。
