合金铣刀,它在使用的时候由于合金的导热率比较低,导致大量热量不能得到很好的传递,从而影响合金刀具的加工。
铣削加工合金的时候,切削刃既要锋利又要能够承受得住冲击,容屑槽要大,可采用大螺旋角铣刀。
铣削合金的时候,尽量采用顺铣法加工,不对称顺铣法能保证切削刃平稳地从金属中切离,切屑粘结接触面积较小,在高速离心力的作用下易被丢掉,以免刀齿重新切入工件时,切屑冲击前刀面产生剥落和崩刃现象,提高刀具的经用度,因此,也要根据不同的刀具材料对应的合金钻头来使用。
我们都知道合金材料很难切割,但是在车加工、铣加工等都是可以看见的,冷却液会导致切屑冷却过快并熔合在刀片上,这样会降低合金刀具的使用寿命。
加工注意事项:合金铣削过程中摄入量过高会导致材料堆积,但摄入量过低会导致工具与工作件之间的摩擦,从而导致过热,因此,加工合金切削热是非常有需要的,这个需要进给量控制的很好。
合金钻头加工要选择合适的切削速度,好的切削速度可以在切削的时候带有淡淡的棕褐色,如果切割过程出现深褐色,说明切割速度已达很高,因此,控制切削速度非常重要。
